In response to the constantly evolving raw materials market, we have made a color adjustment to ensure greater consistency in our blend. The blend remains the same but with a new black color instead of the previous light blue color.
We happen to love wax. So much so that it was our goal to make a wax that’s completely fortified using silica (SiO2) ingredients rather than carnauba wax. By doing this detailers can benefit from the superior protective properties of silica which far outlasts carnauba wax. How? Silica isn’t vulnerable to heat and detergents like a carnauba wax so it will always protect your paint longer! What’s cool is this stuff can be applied in direct sun and sets up perfectly making it the ultimate wax for those dealing with the elements. Your ride will look, Cherry, guaranteed.
How do you apply?
- By hand using a blue microfiber applicator
- Dual Action polisher with ANY soft foam polishing or finishing pad.
How do you maintain?
- Whether you use Cherry silica wax as stand-alone protection OR as a topper to a ceramic-coated vehicle, always wash using our Shift Soap.
- Use our Clutch silica spray every 2-3 months to keep the layer of Cherry performing its best.
- For maximum slickness, gloss, and water beading - use our Punch-It synergy spray after each weekly cleaning.
PRO TIPS:
- If applying in direct sun only apply to (2) panels and then wipe off.
- If applying indoors or shade, apply to the entire vehicle and then remove.
- Use Throttle detail spray to remove any stubborn residue.
- Use Cherry as stand-alone protection, or ceramic coating topper, or pair with our Burn Out reconditioning cream OR Slick Back Primer Polish for the ultimate silica-based combo.

Q - What is the proper use of Cherry?
A- Cherry can be used as stand-alone protection OR it can be applied on top of our Burn Out reconditioning cream or Slick Back Primer Polish for an amazing silica-based combo OR it can be used as a ceramic coating topper when performing maintenance on a ceramic coated vehicle.
Q - How much would I use per car?
A - Maximum of 2 oz per vehicle. This bottle will easily do 6 mid-size cars.
Q - Why does it cost more than regular wax?
A - The cost is strictly due to the amount of silica and inorganic chemistry used in this unique blend. These materials are more expensive than the raw materials that make up traditional waxes and sealants.
Q - How long does it last?
A - You can expect at least 6 months of protection from a layer of Cherry silica wax with proper maintenance. Boost the layer of silica wax with our Clutch silica spray every 2-3 months to maintain maximum hydrophobic capabilities.
Q - How much silica does it have?
A - Cherry contains 30% silica.
Q - Why would I use this over regular wax?
A - Cherry is MORE hydrophobic, slicker, and WILL NOT break down with heat and surface temperature. It may be applied in the direct sun.
Q - Is Cherry safe to use on gel coat (boats)?
A - Although Cherry is safe for gel coat we recommend using our Ceramic Cleaner Wax OR Daddy-O paint sealant.
Q - Is Cherry silica wax or Daddy-O sealant the most durable protection for winter months when facing heavy rains, snow, and salted roads?
A - Cherry is not the best against harsh winter months conditions like salted roads and other elements that come with winter. You might automatically think it would because of the silica but the silica in Cherry has different benefits rather than being superior in its protection over our Daddy-O sealant. The highlights of Cherry are excellent self-cleaning abilities and a very unique crystal-like shine. Daddy-O holds up better in winter months. The resins in Daddy-O are highly durable and this product leaves more of a warm carnauba wax-like glow on the paint. The only catch is if your vehicle is ceramic coated - you will want to stay with the same silica-based products to partner with the self-cleaning abilities of the ceramic coating. If you introduce Daddy-O you’re going to change the function of that ceramic coating and during summer months the vehicle will attract more dust and get dirtier faster like traditional wax/sealed vehicles do because the finish has a microscopic “tackiness” to it.

I have used a lot of premium detailing products over the years including ceramic coatings, spray sealants, waxes, and high-end toppers from several boutique brands. I am always looking for that perfect balance of gloss, slickness, protection, and ease of use, and Cherry Ceramic Wax really impressed me. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to work with. It spreads smoothly, wipes off easily, and does not require fighting the product to get a clean finish. The application experience feels very user friendly. The final look is what really stands out. Cherry Ceramic Wax gives the paint that rich, deep, warm glow you expect from a good wax, but with the slick feel and water behavior you expect from modern ceramic technology. The paint feels incredibly smooth afterward and the gloss increase is very noticeable. I especially like it as a finishing product when you want to add that extra “just detailed” appearance. It adds depth and clarity without making the process complicated, and it works great for maintaining vehicles that are already well cared for. The hydrophobic performance is also excellent. Water beads very nicely and the surface is much easier to keep clean. Cherry wax has my Hysteria Purple Z06 looking amazing. So easy to put on and take off. All of Shine Supply products are over the top.
Probably my favorite wax I've ever used. So easy, don't need a lot, and it provides deep gloss. Washing the truck a week later was so much easier too!
First time using Cherry Wax and definitely worth the hype! Used a DA polisher to really bring life back to a 9 year old truck.
Easy on, easy off, long lasting! This has to be the best wax I’ve ever used period. Prepped the surface with some throw back then applied cherry wax with a DA and finishing pad then removed with a 600 gsm microfiber with minimal effort. Used a little “punch it” afterwards to pickup any residual dust. 10/10 recommend cherry wax.
Highly recommend the cherry wax! Did a wash/decon and followed up with some throw back for squeaky clean paint. Buffed on a layer of cherry wax and did the tires with decked out. After wax removal used some punch it to get the last of the residue off and add to the shine. All the trim got a layer of clutch to round out the protection on my F-150.
This stuff is amazing.
A combination of Burn out and Cherry Ceramic wax worked wonders on my trailer. I did call customer service to try and figure out what would work best before ordering; The customer service guys nailed it. I did have to deviate from the normal polishing instructions by using a wool pad and a rotary buffer. A DA would have doubled my time and effort.

I've tried many different wax and I thought I got good results, until I tried this Cherry ceramic wax. This wax is hands down the best wax I've ever used. Resulted in a much better and deeper shine. Used machine to apply over the entire vehicle before wiping off and the removal process is effortless. And the hydrophobic properties is unmatched!
Jeremy has been detailing my cars for years, but with 4 cars that needed protection, I decided I wanted to DIY it. I watched a video after getting an email from Shine Supply, and that video showed me how to tell if the car needs to be clayed. All of my cars needed it, so I bought some white clay bars from Shine Supply, along with Shine Mist and Cherry. The clay and Shine Mist worked very well and were easy to use. I applied the Cherry by hand with one of their blue applicators. It was in the garage, so I applied it to the whole car. It's nice doing it this way, so you know that you covered everything. It goes on super easy and once the whole car was covered, I started removing it with microfiber towels in the same order I applied it. I was really pleased that it came off with no streaks and no dust. If you can bathe yourself with a bar of soap and dry your body off, you can apply Cherry by hand and remove it with microfiber towels. I finished off the plastic trim on the Mini Cooper with Trim Sauce and a black applicator pad. The car looks amazing and now has protection from the crows that visit our house. Thanks for putting out such great products that a novice can use!
I bough this wax on talking to a friend who is a Professional Painter and Detailer. I was really impressed on the depth of shine and clarity on his vehicles so he shared his secret to me. Unbelievable Shine and I was blown away !! In the past I have used waxes up to 120.00 for 4 oz to get the Show Car Shine on my truck and this is hands down better in my opinion. As a lot of you with all the new things on the market to try (some are gimmicks) and we have our “go to” wax,:well this is mine now. I have two trucks and one is a ‘63 Ford F100 show truck and it will have this wax on it soon. If you want to be Amazed you can’t go wrong with this wax 😎 P.S. The customer service is The Best.
I’m hooked! I’ve been a signature shine carnauba wax user for 6 years. Today I tried cherry for the first time. Wow, I’m sold! By far the best wax I have ever used. I’m changing my entire personal detail line up to all the ceramic based shine supply products. I suggest you do the same, you won’t be disappointed!

As the weather starts to get “nasty”. It was time to lay down some protection. This product combined with clutch is amazing. Applied with DA. Then removed with clutch as Jeremy recommends. Just another SS product that just works.
Applied to a Ceramic Coated white pearl tri-coat. You wanna talk about unbelievable pop and insane looking pearl!! I’ve never seen Nissan White Pearl pop and glow like it does with Cherry. Seriously mind blowing. Used Clutch And Hyper Plush to remove and I still can’t believe the look. Thanks Shine Supply for another great product.
Three sprays of Clutch and a dab of this smeared together on a microfiber applicator pad = Holy crap slickness! I use this combo to top my Gtechniq C1 ceramic coating and it s just the best topper!
This stuff smells like hubba bubba bubble gum! But this wax gives a awesome gloss to my truck. I highly recommend this wax!!
Bought this recently and applied it. Decide to give this a shot, after applying this wax is exactly what I've been looking for for a wax. I am no expert by any means I just go for results and let me just say WTF is in this bottle. Totally changed the look of my personal vehicle which I tested before using on a customers. I topped this with clutch and the look is very like reflective glass and feels like the protection layer on my truck isn't going to just wipe off. My regular wax products are great they just have a feeling when it gets hot from sunlight that feels like it wants to move this one doesn't budge. Also to add I notice when I normally apply carnauba based wax down the dust wants to attract within a day or so. This one still spotless since applying it. Another great product from SS.
First of all . . . It smells like Cotton Candy. That alone makes Cherry a product worth using BUT it's so much more. The product applies, sets, and comes off so easily that a "wax job" on a car becomes less of a hassle and completely becomes a pleasure. When paired with Clutch Silica Spray, it makes for an UNBELIEVABLE Hybrid Ceramic protection option on any vehicle.
The Cherry wax preformed very well on the vehicles I have applied it too. I did however apply it to 2 boats to see if it held up like the Daddy-O but that was not the case. After 2 washes it no longer held up. So for cars and trucks the Cherry is great. For boats use Daddy-O. Thanks Max
